Continuing with a previously developed residential area, Bawabat Alsharq is looking to complete the local offer with a series of mixed-use developments as opposed to used centered facilities as the previous planning suggested.

In this new scenario, a new take of the whole Masterplan was in order, not only by considering the programmatic restrictions the current development entitles, but also, facilitating an in-depth analysis of other natural conditions previously overlooked.

The idea behind is simple: a wider residential offer, serviced by prime commercial outlets with additional educational and healthcare facilities and a solid sports and events program, all of it aiming to create a self-sustaining environment without users spill-out to neighboring areas.
