Currently one of the largest residential developments in the country, Akoya Oxygen is an ambitious project aiming to build a whole new ecosystem at only 25 minutes away from downtown Dubai.

The idea is far from conventional, to build a rainforest in the middle of the desert in order to improve residents living conditions in probably one of the hardest environments known to humankind.

Currently under development, with an unprecedented planting and nursing system, the project has already finished the first three phases including several community centers, commercial hubs, and two golf clubs.

The sum of the total residential offer will be ten thousand units, distributed between single, paired and club townhouses, distributed in ten distinctive zones, each one with its own services and facilities and designed according to their respective locations between the grounds.

Such a large infrastructure deployment requires an extremely precise execution of the architectural elements in order to be efficient, which is why each sector counts with tailor-made solutions to its residential requirements.

Independent townhouses with views towards the golf courses, paired homes with direct access to the rainforest, standalone villas sitting on the hills, each category extends with all their variations along several kilometers facilitating infrastructure and conditioning efficiency, this has undoubtedly played a significant role in the villa's design, making each one of them incredibly efficient at every level.
